What we're working on
We are currently developing a magical realist, 3D puzzle walking simulator, where real-time ray-tracing is implemented not simply for visual fidelity, but also as an innovative game mechanic. The puzzles and gameplay center around optics, light, architecture and perspective. Players navigate a city of dreams home to an unknown, intelligent species, as they work toward deciphering the makers of this strange place.

The law of reflection
The city seems to respond to the playerβs gaze, where doors will only open when they are seen from certain vantage points, and some structures necessary for progression are only visible through glass. To this end players must solve puzzles by correctly positioning mirrors, as they build an intuitive understanding of the law of reflection.
The law of refraction
Players will also use their perspective to search for important architecture and structures that are only visible within glass, and bring them forth to their world. Finally, as they progress deeper into the city, they will find dynamic puzzles involving the species of this place, creatures that only move when unseen, and must be kept fixed using the playerβs perspective to solve more complicated puzzles.

Explore the city
Players will navigate a labyrinthine, dream-like city set to a calming, ambient and minimalist soundtrack. There are many moments of rest between puzzles as the gameplay falls into being a walking simulator, allowing players time to appreciate the game world.
Make use of the environment
Environmental and ambient cues suggest the way, and hold deeper meaning to the mystery of this place. For example, some trees here grow around structures, or bend in archways like the architecture, outlining places of importance as if they themselves were trying to communicate something.
